By hiring KB Development Services for website, ERP, or custom software work, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of work

Deliverables, timeline, and pricing are defined in the quotation or agreement for each project. Extra features requested after approval may be billed separately.

2. Payments

Projects may require an advance before work starts. Remaining balance is due as per agreed milestones before final handover / go-live.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients provide content, logos, access credentials, and timely feedback needed to complete the project.

4. Revisions

Quoted packages include a reasonable revision round. Major redesigns or scope changes are billed as additional work.

5. Limitation

We are not liable for third-party outages (hosting, SMS, payment gateways) outside our control.
