KBKART Lucky Draw — Privacy Policy
This policy applies only to the KBKART Lucky Draw. It is separate from the store-wide Privacy Policy. The store-wide policy still applies to shopping on KBKART; this page explains the additional use of personal data for the Lucky Draw.
Lucky Draw & Promotional Campaign Data
If you participate, KBKART may process your name, mobile number, email address (if available on your account), KBKART user ID, participant / ticket / draw ID, sharing or eligibility information needed to approve your entry, and eligibility notes such as approval status.
This data is used to operate the Lucky Draw, accept and approve entries, verify participants, select and contact a winner, arrange prize delivery, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain an audit trail, and publish limited winner details as described below.
Winner Announcement and Public Videos
If you win, KBKART may show on the Lucky Draw page and on its official social media channels / YouTube: your name, prize name, ticket/draw ID, and a masked mobile number (for example 03XX-XXX-9033).
KBKART will not publish your full phone number, email address, CNIC, or home address in public Lucky Draw videos or posts.
Example: Winner: Raza Muhammad Umer — Ticket ID: KBK-2026-4587 — Mobile: 03XX-XXX-9033.
Who We Share With
Your Lucky Draw data is handled by KBKART and may be shared with service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the website, send communications, verify or administer the draw, or deliver the prize.
For example, after you are selected and verified as a winner, KBKART may provide the necessary delivery information to a courier for prize delivery.
We do not sell Lucky Draw participant lists or participant personal data.
Retention
Entry and winner records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the Lucky Draw and prize delivery, handle disputes, maintain appropriate records, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.
When the information is no longer needed, KBKART may delete or anonymise it where practical and appropriate.
Your Choices
You can choose not to participate in the Lucky Draw.
If you have already entered and want to request a correction to your name or mobile number, contact KBKART using the contact details published on the website.
If you request deletion or correction after winning, KBKART may need to retain information that is necessary to verify, deliver, or document the prize, or to meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.
