KBKART Lucky Draw — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply only to the KBKART Lucky Draw on this website. They are separate from the store’s general Terms & Conditions. By ticking the Lucky Draw Terms checkbox and clicking Participate Now, you agree to them.
Lucky Draw Introduction
The Lucky Draw is a promotional prize draw run on KBKART. Eligible customers may enter for a chance to win the prize shown on the relevant Lucky Draw product card. Participation gives you a chance to win the prize if you are selected and verified.
Organizer Information — KBKART
The promoter is KBKART (the online store operating this website in Pakistan). Questions about a draw can be sent through the website’s published contact details.
Eligibility
Entry is open to natural persons who are residents of Pakistan, are 18 years of age or older, and have a valid KBKART customer account. You must provide accurate name and mobile number details.
Who Can Participate
Registered KBKART customers who complete the valid entry method shown on the Lucky Draw card for that prize, such as completing the required WhatsApp / social sharing steps where applicable. Only entries that KBKART marks as approved are eligible for the draw.
Unless otherwise stated on the Lucky Draw page, each eligible customer may receive one approved entry per Lucky Draw.
Who Is Not Eligible
Persons under 18; non-residents of Pakistan; KBKART staff or contractors involved in running the draw (and their immediate family); accounts created to evade these rules; and anyone previously disqualified for fraud or abuse.
Lucky Draw Period
Each prize has its own open period while that Lucky Draw product is marked active on the website. When the product is closed or a winner is approved, new entries for that prize stop. Late or incomplete entries are not accepted.
How to Enter
Open the Lucky Draw page, accept these terms and the Lucky Draw Privacy Policy, then complete the participation steps shown for that prize. Where a free-share entry method is offered, participants must complete the required sharing steps shown on the Lucky Draw page, such as WhatsApp shares or groups. Fake screenshots, false information, or incomplete participation steps will not be approved.
Participant Verification
KBKART may verify identity using the name, mobile number, and account used at entry, and may ask for reasonable confirmation before approving an entry or releasing a prize. Providing false information can lead to rejection.
Winner Selection Method
The winner is selected at random from approved participants for that prize, using KBKART’s admin draw tools. If a redraw is required because a selected winner cannot be verified, is disqualified, or does not claim the prize within the stated period, KBKART may conduct a new random draw from the remaining approved participants.
Random Selection & Fairness
Every approved eligible participant has an equal chance of being selected. KBKART does not guarantee that any particular participant will win. The draw decision recorded in the admin system is final, subject to verification and these terms.
Number of Winners
Unless the prize card states otherwise, there is one winner per Lucky Draw product / prize.
Prize Details
The prize is the item described on the Lucky Draw product card (name, image and listed value are for description only). Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where KBKART must substitute an equivalent prize because the original is unavailable.
Winner Announcement
The winner’s name and limited details may be shown on the Lucky Draw page and may be announced in a recorded or live presentation. Public posts will not show full phone, email, CNIC or home address.

Winner Verification
The selected winner must confirm they are the same person as the approved participant (matching account / phone). KBKART may ask for delivery details through the official Lucky Draw delivery form. Failure to verify may result in a redraw.
Prize Claim Period
After announcement, the winner should submit delivery details through the official form within 14 days (or a longer period if KBKART states it on the announcement). KBKART will then arrange dispatch according to its normal delivery process.
Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be reached, fails verification, or does not claim in time, KBKART may redraw from remaining approved participants or close the prize. No cash alternative is owed for an unclaimed prize.
Disqualification
KBKART may reject or cancel an entry or win for breach of these terms, incomplete participation requirements, false information, abusive conduct, or technical abuse.
Fraud / Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts, fake numbers, bots, or tampered participation/share proof to gain extra chances are forbidden. KBKART may remove related entries and withhold the prize.
Winner's Public Information
By entering, you agree that if you win, KBKART may publish your first and last name, ticket/draw ID, and a masked mobile number, together with the prize name, on the website and official social channels, including YouTube, as described in the Lucky Draw Privacy Policy.
Privacy & Personal Data
Personal data for this draw is handled under the separate Lucky Draw Privacy Policy (not the store-wide privacy policy). You must accept that policy to participate.
YouTube / Social Media Publication
KBKART may publish a recorded or live Lucky Draw presentation, including the winner’s name and limited winner information, on its website, Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp channels, and YouTube, subject to these terms and the Lucky Draw Privacy Policy. Full phone numbers, email, CNIC and addresses will not be shown in those videos.
Draw Recording
Admin may record the spin / winner reveal for transparency and for sharing as above. Recording is optional for KBKART and is not a condition of your entry being valid.
Winner Certificate
KBKART may issue a digital confirmation (for example ticket ID and prize name) to the verified winner. It is not a negotiable instrument and has no cash value beyond the prize itself.
Draw Cancellation / Modification
KBKART may pause, change or cancel a draw for operational, legal or security reasons (for example fraud, technical failure, or force majeure). Where practical, KBKART will update the Lucky Draw page. This does not create a right to compensation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by Pakistani law, KBKART is not liable for lost entries due to network issues, third-party WhatsApp/Facebook outages, courier delays after a prize is handed to a carrier, or indirect loss arising from participation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Dispute Resolution
Contact KBKART first using the website contact details. If a dispute remains, it will be handled under the governing law below. KBKART’s records of approved entries and the draw are the primary evidence of the process.
Governing Law
These Lucky Draw terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
